Among the high profile litigation matters that our Members have worked are the half billion dollar fraudulent transfer claim brought in bankruptcy court arising from the leveraged buyout of International Air Leases, Inc., the class action filed in the Mutual Benefits Corporation federal equity receivership that returned more than $85 million dollars – a 100% recovery – to all members of the class, and the half billion dollar legal malpractice action against one of South Florida’s premier law firms that arose from the collapse of Southeast Bank.
