Members of the firm have represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court in financial transactions and contract disputes, fraudulent transfer actions, bankruptcy-related claims including fraudulent transfer, preference and other avoidance claims, receivership-related actions including asset recovery and constructive trust claims, class actions, legal malpractice actions, and enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trade Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission.

Among the high profile litigation matters that our Members have worked are the half billion dollar fraudulent transfer claim brought in bankruptcy court arising from the leveraged buyout of International Air Leases, Inc., the class action filed in the Mutual Benefits Corporation federal equity receivership that returned more than $85 million dollars – a 100% recovery – to all members of the class, and the half billion dollar legal malpractice action against one of South Florida’s premier law firms that arose from the collapse of Southeast Bank.
