Allison focuses her practice on complex business and fraud litigation, receivership and securities litigation, and employment litigation. Allison is licensed to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for the years of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and was named among South Florida’s Most Effective Lawyers by the Daily Business Review in 2020.

Allison currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (“MDFAWL”) and chairs the MDFAWL Annual Trial Skills Workshop and the Substantive CLE Programming committee. In addition, she is a member of The Florida Bar – Business Law Section where she serves as Vice Chair of Business Litigation Committee and Chair of Business Litigation Legislation Subcommittee. Allison is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association the Dade County Bar Association, the Miami Dade Trial Lawyers Association, and a fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation.
Allison received her law degree from Florida International University College of Law (2010). She received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the Florida International University College of Business. Prior to joining Damian & Valori LLP | Culmo Trial Attorneys, Allison worked as the senior trial associate at a boutique civil litigation firm in Coral Gables.
