Along with their co-counsel, Alvin Davis, a Partner with Squire Patton Boggs, the attorneys represented Agorive, SA, in a lawsuit against Miami-based International tax attorney, Suzanne DeWitt and other Defendants for, among other things, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. Their case left no doubt in the court’s mind about fraud that occurred, and they were awarded entitlement to seventeen limited liability companies with a value in excess of $13.5 million as well as a restitution award in excess of $2,000,000.
