Miami attorney Melanie Damian, a partner with the law firm of Damian & Valori LLP, will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Young Lawyers Division New Partner and In-House Counsel Conference on Saturday, February 26, 2011 in Philadelphia, PA.
Ms. Damian’s discussion topic is the “Economics of Partnership”. The ABA Young Lawyers Division will hold the conference to better prepare new partners and in-house counsel to navigate their new role with greater ease. The conference is the first of its kind from the Young Lawyers Division and will provide two days of networking and programming on topics such as expectation management, understanding and promoting diversity, ethics, compensation, business development and marketing, project management, detecting fraud and preparing for litigation.
