Florida's Commercial Real Estate Receivership Law Substantively Changes July 1, Are You Prepared?

Join Kenneth Danta Murena, UCRERA Task Force Chair, for a webinar panel discussion on June 11th, 12pm-1pm.

The Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act (“UCRERA”), which the Florida Legislature unanimously passed during this year’s legislative session, is set to take effect on July 1, 2020, provided that Governor Ron DeSantis signs it into law.  The Act will substantively change Florida law relating to commercial real estate receiverships and has the potential to affect multiple practice areas that intersect with commercial real estate.
